She is well known for her great customer service, consistent communication, and ensuring a positive experience for all parties in a transaction: buyers, sellers, and cooperating agents. Nichell is a skilled negotiator with her client’s best interest at heart. She believes strongly that it is not only her duty to represent her clients to the best of her ability, but also to educate and inform them of the process so that they may make the best decisions possible.
