Ms. Nichell is an excellent agent. What I liked most about Ms. Nichell is that she didn't allow me to settle for a home just because I was frustrated with the search. Ms. Nichell will not sell you a house that she won't live in herself. Ms. Nichell is an excellent communicator and we had an action plan for how closing would work and we set a target date to close.

I would say she is the best in her field. Anyone who hires her is getting the best realtor in the world. She doesn't rush you to make decisions with haste, she is a top-notch negotiator and she is very patient. I am very happy to have worked with her and I will refer her services in a heartbeat.

Nichell is not only one of the best and most personable sales people, she is knowledgeable about the market and always had an answer to a question, with patience and perseverance. My wife and I are extremely happy with our purchase even when we had a few bumps in the road. She was just the best!
